Originally founded in the 1970's the club was restructured in 2004 and reverted to it's original 'Cougars' name. Since the re-organisation we are constantly moving forward with new developments. The club currently has two men's teams playing in the LBBL with one also playing in the National Founders Cup.

Over the past few years we have introduced the 'Cougar Cubs' youth development programs at Castle Rock High School for 11 to 16 year olds. We have also forged strong links with many other
schools by providing regular Basketball coaching.
